ZD22 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

01 Introduction

Welcome to ZD22. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and ZD22 ("ZD22", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the ZD22 website at zd22.life, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and services made available through the platform.

ZD22 is an online gaming and sports betting platform specifically built for Pakistani players. The platform offers sports betting including cricket, football, and other major sports, casino-style games including jackpot slots and roulette, the Aviator crash game, esports betting, and various promotional offers – all operated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with support for local payment methods.

These Terms should be read alongside ZD22's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ZD22. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the content of any promotional materials or communications from ZD22, these Terms take precedence.

02 Eligibility

To use ZD22 and create an account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ZD22 does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts or accounts held on behalf of another individual are not permitted on ZD22.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction in your jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gambling or sports betting.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from ZD22 for violations of these Terms.
• You must provide truthful and accurate information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your time as a ZD22 member.

ZD22 operates one account per player. Duplicate accounts – whether registered under the same name, address, device, IP address, or payment method – are prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, ZD22 may close the additional accounts and void any bets or winnings associated with them.

03 Account Registration & Security

Registering an account at ZD22 is free. During registration, you will be required to provide your name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a contact number. You may also be required to provide proof of identity (CNIC or passport) and proof of address as part of ZD22's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

Account verification is a standard requirement and is in place to protect players from identity theft and unauthorised account access, as well as to ensure ZD22 complies with its obligations. ZD22 will request KYC documents before processing your first withdrawal. Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Your ZD22 account login credentials (username and password) are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your ZD22 account, including any bets placed and any deposits or withdrawals initiated.
• If you suspect that your ZD22 account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact ZD22 support immediately via support@zd22.life.
• ZD22 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to ZD22 support.

ZD22 uses SSL 256-bit encryption to protect your account data and financial transactions. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and internet connection. ZD22 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security on your end.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at ZD22 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at ZD22 is Rs 500. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your ZD22 account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. ZD22 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal at ZD22 is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by ZD22 as quickly as possible. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 working days depending on your bank.

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment account that is registered in your own name. ZD22 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Before your first withdrawal is approved, ZD22 will require you to complete account verification (KYC). Please ensure your documents are ready to avoid delays.
• ZD22 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method may, at ZD22's discretion, need to be withdrawn to the same method up to the amount deposited.
• ZD22 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits identified as coming from a payment account not belonging to the registered ZD22 account holder will be refunded and the account may be suspended.

05 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports markets and games available on ZD22. Game-specific rules for jackpot slots, Aviator, roulette, and other products are available within each game's information panel on the ZD22 platform.

• The minimum bet on sports markets at ZD22 is Rs 300. Minimum and maximum bet limits for specific markets and events are displayed on the ZD22 betslip.
• All bets are final once confirmed on the ZD22 betslip. ZD22 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets unless the relevant market is subsequently voided due to event cancellation or other qualifying circumstances.
• ZD22 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a system error or human error in odds compilation. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's ZD22 account.
• If an event is postponed or abandoned, ZD22 will follow sport-specific settlement rules. Bets on postponed matches are generally voided unless the event takes place within 24 hours. Abandoned matches mid-play are settled based on the score at the time of abandonment, subject to sport-specific rules.
• In-play (live) betting markets on ZD22 are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the organising body. ZD22 uses a real-time data feed to update live odds, but accepts no liability for delays in the data feed that may affect your betting decisions.
• The use of automated betting tools, bots, or any software designed to exploit system delays or errors in ZD22's live odds is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

ZD22 makes every effort to display accurate odds. However, in the event of a manifest error – an odds value that is clearly wrong compared to the true market price at the time – ZD22 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ZD22 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins on selected slot games, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all ZD22 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Most ZD22 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be bet through before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal.
• Qualifying Bets: Bets on certain markets, games, or at odds below a specified minimum may not count towards wagering requirements. Each promotion's individual terms will specify which bets qualify. Generally, bets on ZD22's jackpot slots contribute 100% to wagering, while sports bets at odds of 1.50 or above contribute 100%.
• Expiry: All ZD22 bonuses carry an expiry date or time limit within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited at expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one promotional offer may be active on a ZD22 account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse: ZD22 monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold bonus winnings, or close accounts where bonus abuse is suspected – including bonus hunting, arbitrage, or collusion between players.

07 Fair Use Policy

ZD22 is designed for individual recreational betting and gaming. The following activities are prohibited on ZD22 and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software to interact with ZD22's betting markets or casino games in a way not intended for manual human play.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or loophole in the ZD22 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover a bug or error are obligated to report it to ZD22 support and must not exploit it.
• Coordinating bets with other players to exploit ZD22's promotional or betting systems (collusion).
• Using ZD22 to launder money or for any other illegal financial purpose.
• Registering more than one ZD22 account, regardless of the name or payment method used.
• Providing false identity information or misrepresenting your age during registration or verification on ZD22.
• Attempting to access ZD22's backend systems, administrative interfaces, or other players' accounts without authorisation.

ZD22 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect and investigate suspicious account activity. If an investigation is initiated, ZD22 may temporarily restrict the affected account's ability to withdraw funds until the investigation is concluded. Players under investigation will be notified where legally permissible.

08 Responsible Gaming

ZD22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their betting activity. ZD22 offers the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you spend on ZD22.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from ZD22 by placing a temporary restriction on your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from ZD22 for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During self-exclusion, your account will be closed and you will not receive marketing communications from ZD22.

ZD22 strictly prohibits gaming by players who have self-excluded. If a self-excluded player bypasses exclusion controls and opens a new account, any winnings from that account may be forfeited. ZD22 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will not market to or contact self-excluded players.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.
• ZD22 does not sell your personal data to third parties or share it for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• ZD22 may share your data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions where legally required to do so.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by ZD22, subject to ZD22's legal obligations to retain certain records.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ZD22 platform – including but not limited to the ZD22 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, odds data, game content, software, and marketing materials – is the intellectual property of ZD22 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ZD22 content without prior written permission.
• You may not use ZD22's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any way that could imply endorsement or affiliation without ZD22's express written consent.
• Game content and software featured on ZD22 is provided under licence from the relevant game developers. All rights in game content remain with the respective developers.

11 Limitation of Liability

ZD22 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While ZD22 makes every effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy of information, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• ZD22 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions in third-party services (including payment processors, data providers, or internet service providers).
• ZD22 accepts no liability for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• ZD22's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from these Terms or the player's use of ZD22 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• ZD22 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by a player. Gambling involves risk and ZD22 does not guarantee any outcome.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

ZD22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the account holder.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months without a login.
• Failure to complete account verification (KYC) when requested by ZD22.
• A player requesting voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.
• Where ZD22 is required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any remaining withdrawable balance (after deducting any bonus funds not yet wagered) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete.

A player who wishes to voluntarily close their ZD22 account may do so by contacting ZD22 support at support@zd22.life. Account closure requests are actioned within 3 working days of receipt.

13 Changes to These Terms

ZD22 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ZD22 will notify registered players via email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of ZD22 following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using ZD22 and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

ZD22 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 working days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with ZD22's resolution of a dispute, you may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or seek independent legal advice.
